2015年环保部部长答记者问模拟交替传译实践报告

摘要

近年来，环境问题越来越突出，成为了人类面临的共同挑战。中国作为世界上最大的发展中国家，在全球环境保护方面承担重要责任的同时，也应加强与其他国家的环保项目合作。在此背景下，中国环保部部长陈吉宁于2015年3月7日召开的第十二届全国人民代表大会第三次会议记者会具有重要意义。会议主要内容为陈吉宁部长就中外记者提出的关于雾霾治理、耕地污染、跨界污染等环境热点问题作出解答。对本次记者会的翻译将有助于增强人类环境保护意识、推动国家间环境保护合作，因而具备较强的现实意义。
　　此报告为笔者基于2015年中国环保部部长陈吉宁答记者问所做的中翻英交替传译模拟实践。笔者根据实践中的难点及遇到的主要问题，以巴黎释义学派口译理论为指导，重点探讨了其核心内容“脱离源语外壳”在口译实践中的应用。本报告在具体的案例分析中，侧重讨论了对原语中修辞、成语、不完整句子结构和冗余信息的处理策略，分析口译员在口译实践中如何能够充分传达讲者的话语意义并达到最佳的交际效果。本篇实践报告所讨论的难点和问题为学生译员在口译实践中经常遇到的问题，因而有望对会议口译的学生译员及相关口译研究人员提供一定的参考和借鉴。
