摘要

德国，思想之国，正受到知识产权的侵犯，更精确地说是盗版。现有多种由公司，组织，联盟和政府机构领导的打击盗版活动但目前在大学和研究机构仍没有对相关活动的审查。本论文着手收集德国顶尖大学涉及和研讨知识产权和盗版问题的资料，对德国高校和研究机构的相关研究活动进行梳理。从此次调查分析得出，有关知识产权的教学至今一直被忽视。相比之下，有几个研究项目，其中大部分是由德国联邦教育研究部资助的“反盗版研究”计划的组成部分。本论文深入阐述德国高校和研究机构与反盗版相关的活动，并论证它们对德国打击盗版的贡献。
