2015年，一个新的国际金融组织成立:亚洲基础设施投资银行(AIIB)，一个新的多边开发银行(MDB)。AIIB由多个国家成立，旨在投资于亚洲地区的基础设施发展。AIIB在全球引起了广泛的关注，被认为是对国际货币基金组织和世界银行等西方主导机构的挑战。
　　本文重点介绍了AIIB的财务和治理相关的主要问题。同时考察了中国丝绸之路经济带框架和中国加强亚太经济一体化的努力。连同中国启动的新丝绸之路计划，对全球发展有潜在的巨大影响。
　　本文的目的是了解亚洲基础设施投资银行在现有全球金融体系中建立新的国际金融结构的作用。为了提出这个论点，我将研究现有的证据，为全球融资发展体系的范式转变提供一个案例。我认为中国正在建立一个新的国际金融结构，这是转变区域经济秩序，从根本上改变全球经济治理。
