认知框架视角下香港英文立法文本语篇连贯研究

摘要

法的世界肇始于语言，要将法律外化于形则离不开语言。法律表述的过程是运用语言符号将法律规范物化成法典，即通过准确严谨的遣词造句以及合理规范的布局谋篇，实现立法内容与立法语言形式的统一。立法语言作为规范性语言变体，在词法、句法及谋篇等方面都具有自身的特点。纵观众多立法文本的研究，多数学者在词法和句法方面颇有建树；鉴于立法文本的谋篇机制，学者们大都从显性的衔接机制入手，而少有对立法文本的连贯性进行研究，本文通过引入认知框架的视角研究英语立法文本的语篇连贯；鉴于香港特别行政区具有由来已久的双语立法实践，故本文借助香港英文立法权威文本，挖掘出决定英语立法语篇连贯性的认知因素，以期能丰富英语立法文本方面的研究并指导立法文本翻译实践。
