It is quoted the results of experimental research of statistic parameters of wind speed and spectrum portraits of background returns from snowclouds (BRSC). It is supposed to use the received results at development of more complicated (in comparison with the existing ones) the automatic compensator of background returns from volume-distributed reflectors.
