The Sustainable Development Post-Appraisal Index System of Expressway Project Based on the DAGF Algorithm

摘要

This article analyzes the characteristics of indexes lying in society, economy, environment, technology and system coordination regions, the indexes lying in different levels weighted by the generalized antitheses and hierarchy analytic process, all kinds of individual indexes operated by the comprehensive evaluation rules that based on the DAGF algorithm, then the comprehensive sustainable development post appraisal model is settled. In terms of the result that was summed in the sustainable development post appraisal of Changsha to Xiangtan expressway by using this model, the comprehensive post appraisal model based on the DAGF algorithm is not only simple and practical but also easy to operate and with high comparability and universality.
