External Information Support Research in GSS and Its Methodology

摘要

A possible area for improvement in the decision-making process is external information support, and technology advancement in recent years has made this research feasible. This study introduces external information support as a new approach for GSS research and advances its research methodology: system development, experimentation, observation and theory building. Section 4 describes the three questions to be studied in the near future: external information support system, user interface model and the timing of introducing external information. Conclusions and future work are also discussed.
