Study on Intellectual Property Concerning Business Search Engine

In recent years the new functions of search engine have been found with the rapid development of high technology. But series of cases about Intellectual Property (IP) infringements concerning search engine appeared one by one. IP laws and regulations in the field of patent, copyright and trademark must be adjusted accordingly to keep the balance of interests between owners and users. The paper puts forward new ideas and methods.
