摘要

In this paper, a new model of assessing enterprises' implementation readiness of ERP (IRM-ERP) is proposed. Based on the model framework, we divide IRM-ERP into 4 levels in terms of readiness, in a stepwise upgrade sequence, these levels are: Project Planning, Analysis and Design, Continuous optimization and Readiness. To evaluate the readiness, we build an evaluation index system; the indices in the index system are divided into 4 categories: Organizational indices, Management Level, Implementation Capabilities, and Technology Level. Also, an evaluation approach called the Entropy-fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model which combines the entropy approach and the fuzzy evaluation approach is discussed in detail and introduced in evaluation of the enterprises' implementation readiness of ERP. IRM-ERP provides enterprises with an assessment & modification framework in the prophase of ERP projects. By the use of IRM-ERP, enterprises can efficiently find out their weakness in management, technology, etc. and take optimization steps accordingly, thus can facilitate successful implementations of ERP project. An example to illustrate the application process of the model is also given in this paper.
