摘要

The novel information hiding algorithm for binary images combines visual effect with embedding capacity. The algorithm partitioned the image into many blocks and calculated the characteristic value of each block firstly, and selected the free visual effect blocks to embed; then adopted Tseng’algorithm to embed in each block, using “Pixel Flippability Criterion”to confirm the best embedding position where existed few embedding positions getting from Tseng’algorithm in the block, thus could preserve better visual effect after embedding and fully embody the virtue of large embedding capacity for Tseng’algorithm. The experiments in this paper show that the algorithm is a good information hiding algorithm which combines visual effect with embedding capacity.
