The use of powder in various industries generates a lot of waste which increases the cost of the parts manufactured. Recycling these materials in order to produce value added powder is a way to reduce the amount of waste and produce “green” materials. This review highlights the capability of Tekna’s Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) technology for the recycling of powders for the powder metallurgy industry.
