Notes on the Structure of Invertible Linear Finite Automata

摘要

The structure of invertible linear finite automata is studied. Several new sufficient and necessary conditions for invertibility are obtained based on the relationships among the coefficient matrices. New structure properties are also gained using the conditions. These properties can be used to reduce the key size and improve the speed of a class of cryptosystems.
