The development and implementation of a Customer management system was both expensive and time consuming. However, given the large numbers of hospitals participating in the subject, the requirement for continuous assessment with timely feedback to hospitals, and the move to upgrade the system, the result proven to be worthwhile from both hospital and customer perspectives. Our former and new trial for system engine will have brought us great chance of development mind and tool which will help medical doctors to get into customer relation management system. Certainly, the gains made so far would justify supporting further investigation into the potential of the system engine to facilitate more and varied customer management systems in the future.
