COMPUTING WITH WORDS→ONTOLOGICAL ENGINEERING

摘要

Ontological engineering leads to fuzzy systems, which become nonmonotonic in nature very often. A technique based on computing with words is presented to treat these fuzzy systems coming out of the captured ontology. In this technique, domain-specific cue words have been used to follow basic premises of fuzzy logic. These cue words represent information in granular form. These words behave as constraints in ontology descriptions and tell to what degree it is possible to derive an acceptable system picture in ontological studies.
