International Diffusion of Software Technology through IT Aided Training

摘要

This study examines and analyzes the process and sub-processes of IT supported training for the international transfer and diffusion of software technology. In this study software technology refers to the methods, processes, and tools that are used in developing, operating, and maintaining software. In order to execute the research, we make a literature review, analyze learning theories, and utilize a case study method. This study contributes bom in terms of theory and practice. At the theoretical level, the study introduces a framework of IT supported international training for software technology transfer and diffusion. This can be used as a basis for further research. At the practical level, the research results will help software and other high-tech companies to avoid the problems and obtain benefits from IT supported training. This study also suggests the future research directions.
