摘要

Existing criteria of an evaluation of quality of the operator's work at solving the compensatory tracking task are criticized . An algorithm of operator's work, as essentially nonlinear control system element, is considered. The new criterion of the evaluation of operator's training level, which takes into account his nonlinear nature and spectrum of disturbances, is offered. The adequacy of the criterion is proved by results of experiments.
