摘要

High temperature compression deformation behavior of new low cost titanium alloy-Ti12LC has been studied. The results show that Ti12LC alloy exhibits continuous softening state during the compression tests from 650℃ to 850℃ and medium strain rate of 0.2/s,1/s,5/s. The strain rate sensitivity value is 0.16, the activation energy is 222.61 kJ /mol deformed from 650℃ to 800℃. Its deformation constitutive equation is ε = e~(-11.8)σ~(6.43)exp(-222610/RT). Dynamic recovery is observed from 650℃ to 800℃, whereas dynamic recrystallization at 850℃.
