Study on the Process and Method of High Speed Train Maintenance

摘要

This article describes the research technology and methods by the point of the maintenance technology that high-speed train maintenance base need. Through the analysis of reliability of the technology, conditions monitoring and fault diagnosis, information prediction technology of service life , process plan for production resources to optimize decision-making system and other essential elements that EMU maintenance may be involved, concludes the implementation plan of technical integration of the work at current stage, provides the method and theoretical basis for maintenance process. By a brief analysis of the composition of the maintenance process, positioning, research points, provides reference for the theoretical system of more mature process continuous improvement.
