Study and Practice on Operation Safety Management of High-speed Railway in China

摘要

This article studied the actual situations involving the safety p re-control mechanism before the operation, safety monitoring and guarantee mechanism, accident treatment and emergency rescue during the operation with regard to the high-speed railway in China, summarized the three-level safety management structure of operation management department, railway bureau and transportation station section, and put forward the safety management system structure covering the whole life cycle of high-speed railway based on 'safety management and accident prevention mechanism, safety monitoring mechanism during the operation, accident treatment and emergency rescue'.
