An increasing electricity cost due to depleting fossil energy in Indonesia makes some factories look for a new alternative resource of renewable energy. This research proposes power plant system which connected to the grid by using microgrid method. This system consists of four design system. They are PV array design, batteries, microgrid, and load design. Furthermore, we also want to analyze whether the system that we propose can be used to reduce electrical energy consumption. Our result showed that the proposed instruments provide reliability, value on the quality of the electrical energy network and economic efficiency as the electrical consumption in monthly average can be reduced by 56,7%.
