With the development of intelligent manufacturing, many leading enterprises with international competitiveness have been generated in China. But compared with the enterprises in developed countries, there is still a big gap. Establishing an assessment model and indicator system for the intelligent manufacturing digital workshop by summarizing the practical experiences, common practices and cores of the universal recognition of intelligent manufacturing, which will help enterprises to carry out intelligent manufacturing. However, the current intelligent manufacturing related to assessment methods and models have different degrees of deficiencies, and it is necessary to carry out assessment methods and models for the core elements of intelligent manufacturing based on CPS. This paper extracts 16 core elements of the intelligent manufacturing, establishes the assessment model using the correlation and comprehensive weighting method, applies model into different industries, and provides a new idea for the formation of the industry-wide intelligent manufacturing assessment model.
