The aim of the research was to define the spatial differentiation of bioavailable forms of Cu and also the influence of some soil properties on its content. The investigated area was a SO ha productive field located near Budniki village, on the territory of the Sepopolska Plain (North-East Poland). The bioavailable copper was extracted with 1M HCl and determined by AAS. The analysed samples contained from 1.14 mg/kg to 5.56 mg/kg bioavailable Cu. The largest number of the investigated samples should be classified to first class of abudance. Only one sample (No. 24) should by classified to Ⅱ class. The occurrence of this correlation in a sample of the highest amounts of bioavailable Cu was confirmed by maximum contents of C-org. and N-total., and in samples with the smallest amount of this Cu form, also the smallest amounts C-org. and N-total.
