摘要

Chemical xenobiotics of nutritional interest represents a far-reaching domaine of major interest for biochemistry, biochemical pathology and food science. From this point of view, this paper approaches the problem of the interaction between some small molecules belonging at two classes of compounds (i.e. polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons - PAH and metals with toxicogen potential - MTP) with the DNA macromolecule. Interactions between DNA and HPA and respectively DNA and MTP are at the origin of biogenesis of some bioincompatible compounds which can be implied in processes of teratogenesis, mutagenesis and/or oncogenesis. This paper focuses on structural aspects regarding the adducts HPA-DNA and the adducts MTP-DNA with connexions to biochemical and biomedical implications.
