Corporation Development and System Management

摘要

The corporations go from the stage ruling by men to the stage ruling by law, and finally they realize the stage that governed by doing nothing that goes against nature, the enterprise draw up all king of management system management during their development, which play an important role in every aspect of the corporation management. At the same time, the execution of the management systems should be taken into account by every management organization. Aiming for the condition that the management systems are carried out difficultly, this article look for the countermeasure principally from the course of drawing up and carrying out of the systems.
