摘要

The previous studies in the supply chain partnership have focused on the dyad of the supplier-buyer relationship.To broaden the dyadic relationship,we proposed the triadic relationship among supplier,buyer,and carrier.To build the research model,we invented two dichotomies:the dichotomy of the role of carrier (partnership carrier / routinied carrier) and dichotomy of intensity of supplier-buyer partnership (integrated partnership / transactional partnership).By the combination of the two dichotomies consisting of two levels of each base,we composed four types of carriers.The hypotheses implied that partnership satisfaction and logistics service quality were expected to be different among the four types regarding the role of carrier and partnership intensity,and also that carrierwith the distinctions of integrated partnership and partnership carrier will show the highest performance.All of the hypotheses were supported by the analysis of survey on 500 Korean SMB manufacturers involved in the supply chain partnership.In this study,the role of carrier in the triadic relationship was emphasized to enhance the performance of supply chain partnership.
