摘要

Studies have found that leaders, particularly leaders in water and wastewater utilities, score low in areas related to results and follow-through. Yet these areas are very important for organizations, such as utilities, that are focused on organizational goal attainment. To address this issue, utilities need to design development plans that focus on their unique Strategic Focus and organizational culture. They also need to develop performance management systems designed to align and integrate culture and leadership within the organization.
