Experience in prototyping the service switching point for AIN

In the advanced intelligent network (AIN), the service switchingnpoint (SSP) is regarded as the keystone entity which discriminates thenAIN service calls from other ordinary calls, provides a suitable processnfor them, and connects them to destination parties. We developed an AINnSSP prototype to verify the SSP functions before the completenimplementation of a real system.
