The new tendencies in transport management induce the searching of alternative solutions with an optimized use of the road network. These solutions include the travel demand management strategies with land use regulation (Asakura 1992, Echeverry 1996). In the sustainable development context, the urban form analysis and the management of existing land use occupation have been proposed for a better performance of the system.
