摘要

Since the identification of first artificial deoxyribozyme (DNA enzyme or DNAzyme) in 1994, they had attracted growing interest as catalytic labels for sensing events. DNAzyme can recognize target analytes or catalyze specific chemical and biological reactions. Many cofactors such as amino acids, nucleic acids, metal ions and small organic molecules can regulate the catalytic activity of DNAzyme, which made it possible to provide a novel platform for developing highly selective sensors, a lot of such kind of studies had been reported.
