摘要

The ductile fracture behaviors of TA15 titanium alloy are studied by hot tensile tests with the deformation temperature range of 1023 ~ 1123 K and strain rate range of 0.001 ~ 0.1 s-1.Effects of deformation temperature and strain rate on flow stress and fracture strain of the studied material are discussed in detail.Based on the experimental results, a ductile damage model is established to describe the combined effects of deformation temperature and stain rate on the fracture behavior of TA15 alloy.The ductile damage model is implemented into commercial FEM software Msc.marc by user subroutine, and verified by comparison of hot bulge tests and finite element simulations.The results indicate that the established ductile damage model is capable of predicting the fracture behaviors of TA15titanium alloy during hot forming.
