摘要

In order to study reliability of combined diesel and gas turbine propulsion system, its component and mission were analyzed firstly in this paper. Then, different operation conditions were introduced according to mission variation. Mission reliability models of all conditions were established by the use of reliability theory. At last, as reliability data of component of system been obtained, mission reliability of all conditions was calculated and its phased mission was simulated. Relative curves between system reliability and working time were found. We can conclude from the results that, mission reliability of single engine single propeller condition is the biggest while phased mission reliability is the smallest. System reliability is smaller than availability after taking maintainability into account. It can increase greatly and could have a longer useful life by improving maintainability of component.
