This paper presents, based on Daqing oilfield geologic condictions, an integrative interpretation method for thin and poor (higher shaliness) shaly sandstone reservior floodout at the later stage of development. Also, it explains the floodout macro - mechanism of waterflood zones and gives out the new interpretation model used to determine water saturation in a waterflooded zone in which Rw is changed greatly and difficult to know. The application of this method makes the accuracy of identifying wateredout layers reach 77.8 % .
