摘要

The high strain rate superlasticity of the magnesium matrix composites containing 15 and 20vol% AlN particles (0.72 μ m) has been obtained at the temperature of 673K. A maximum total elongation of 256% was achieved in the composites containing 15vol% AlN particles at the strain rate 4.707 ×10~(-1) s~(-1) and 673K. In the high strain rate range from 10~(-2) to 1 s~(-1) , the strain rate sensitivity exponents (m-value) of the magnesium matrix composites with 15 and 20vol% AlN particles are 0.43 and 0.32, respectively.
