摘要

The electrode specimens collected from producing chlorine system have been examined by comparative tests of electrode properties as well as eelctron probe microanalysis (EPMA),X-ray diffractioon (XRD) analysis.Results show that the damage of Ti plating Pt anode was initiated by pitting of Ti base.With electrolysis going on,Pt dissolved gradually and oxygen producted by anode reaction diffused to Ti-Pt intrface,TiO_2 was formed on surface of Ti base.The electrolyzing voltage was rising up duo to formation of oxide film,which resulted in the break of oxide film and quick corrsion (pitting) of Ti.The Ca-salt and Mg-salt and black film (TiH_2) sediment on the surface of cathode has effect on rise o eelctrolyzing voltage.
