Research adn application of alloying on the surface of steel casting

摘要

This paper deals with the cast-infiltration applied to the surfaces of steel casting to obtain the high-alloy compound layer and probes into the formation mechanism of the alloying layer on the surfaes of steel casting and the influence of technological factors on the melting quality of the alloying layer and the matrix.The testing result of this kind of cast steel pieces shows that they possess very high wear resistance,which will provide a new approach to obtain the locally wear-resistant spare parts.
