ANISOTROPIC MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF AN ULTRA-FINE GRAINED ALUMINIUM ALLOY

Bulk materials, subjected to SPD, are considered to be semi-finished components. They are subjected to additional processing in order to create various products. The present paper is focused on the workability and anisotropy parameters of an Al 6082 aluminium alloy, required for subsequent plastic forming processes. Using continuum mechanics, the parameters of the constitutive equation are determined, assuming the material to be rigid-plastic.
