According to lifecycle theory, every firm has lifecycle generally. Core competence index changes constantly at the different stages of lifecycle. but death is not inevitable destiny for firm. Firm can get rebirth by cultivating and strengthening core competence through metamorphosis that will realize operating field transferring to another to keep firm profitable. A firm can realize it through investment that makes itself important. External and internal operating environment changes constantly that decides that carrying on flexible performance evaluation of investment decision-making becomes necessary. Flexible measurement ensures efficiency of information of performance evaluation that will help firm implement strategy performance management.
