Encapsulation of Co nanoparticles in BN nancoapsules and synthesis of BN nanotubes by arc-melting method

摘要

Several studies have been carried out for boron nitride (BN) fullerene materials [1 approx 5]. These BN fullerene materials such as nanotubes, nancoapsules, onions, and clusters are very interesting and important for science and technology issue. However, it is difficult to produce BN fullerence materials by ordinary arc-discharge method because of difficulty in the control of arc conditions.
