Comprehensive Research on ADHD

摘要

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most prevalent and intensively studied syndromes in child psychiatry, and possibly the most controversial one. It is estimated that the prevalence is (5.06 +- 1.70)% of children from 7 studies in China. The core behavioral symptoms like inattention, impulsiveness, and hyperactivity cause significant impairment to their families, peer relationships and the school performance. Ourteam has made a series of studies on various aspects of ADHD since the beginning of 1980's. This presentation is a summary of the studies conducted by our team.
