The hydrodynamic interaction of a ship with other ships affects its course keeping and maneuvering. Interaction forcesrnand moments acting on a ship hull due to the passage of another ship in its proximity is an actual object of present work.rnSome of results and investigations for the prediction methodology are provided for the ongoing developments.rnApplicable methodology with the use of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) instruments is formulated for thernsimplified geometry of the Wigley hull body type.
