Research on the wear-proof ceramic coating of a fan blade produced by SHS

摘要

Wear problems of a fan blade exist generally in an induced-draft fan fpower plant,which results in high economic loss.The constructional ceramic has high wear resistance which common metal hardly has.Therefore,wear-resistant ceramic coatin gof fan blade is new wear-proof techology to be dveloped at present.new technology of wear-resistant ceramic coating produced by Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis(short for SHS) is proposed in this paper.
