摘要

One of the most difficult problem in Metal Injection Molding is phase separation effect. The mixture theory is used to solve this problem. To localize the debinding zone, momentum and mass conservation equations are solved by the finite elements method. To take into account the solid-fluid interaction, phase exchange terms are introduced in the conservation equations. A free surface tracking method is developped from volume of fluid method.
