摘要

Based on the measured results of the great load test of Changping-Fangshan compact transmission line, the first 500kV compact line in China, the reactive power flow direction during the great load test through establishing the specific models of active power and reactive power of transmission line is discussed. Meanwhile, two methods are respectively adopted to define the surge impedance loading (SIL) of Changping-Fangshan compact line. Then, the results of the two methods are compared to get a rather accurate SIL through the test.
