The AMOSFET- A simple, high performance FET for thin films, nanowires, and nanoribbons

摘要

The AMOSFET is an extremely simple device configuration yet it is capable of high-performance thereby offering the potential of a significant impact on transistor cost and manufacturability. Initial exploration of source and drain contacts variations and of the impact of thermal process history are presented.
