摘要

Thermal decomposition behaviour and reaction kinetics of NC were investigated by DSC, TG-DTG data and Malek method. The thermal decomposition characteristic parameters of NC such as onset temperature(Te0), peak temperature(Tp), mass loss in stages (△m %) and so on were obtained from the DSC and TG-DTG technique. The kinetic parameters of the exothermic decomposition reaction were calculated by a single non-isothermal DSC curve. The reliable apparent activation energy(E) was calculated by Kissinger method, Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method and Vyazovkin method before analyzing the thermal decomposition mechanism, respectively and the results were similar. The decomposition mechanism function is solid-phase decomposition of S-B equation: f(α)=αm(1-α)n between α=0.1-0.6 by the Malek method.
