摘要

The transmission rate and mass concentration of nano-carbon black were measured in 20 m3 smoke screen chambers. Consequently, the mass extinction coefficients of nano-carbon black to 8 -12 μm and 1.06 μm were calculated. The experimental results showed that the mass extinction coefficient to 8 -12 μm of the new-type materials of nano-carbon black was 1.5 m2·g-1, and was similar to the superiority smoke agent of copper powder. The mass extinction coefficient to 1.06μm was 2.17 m2·g-1. Its extinction effect was far better than that of nano-graphite, and was similar to that of nano-Ag powder and other precious metal materials. But nano-carbon black has higher performance-price ratio. It can be used as interference material of large area smoke on the premise. So it has greater application potential.
