Study on Uncertainty Analyses of Combustion Heat for Mg/Al Fuel-Rich Propellant

摘要

Combustion heat, one of the most important energetic property parameters in the field of fuel-rich solid propellants, has been attracted much attentions for more and more researchers. The formulation and preparing procedures of Mg/Al fuel-rich propellant were introduced, and its uniformity and stability were studied by square decreased analysis and T- testing method respectively. The combustion heat of Mg/Al fuel-rich propellant was determined by means of constant temperature with apparatus of oxygenic bomb calorimeter, and the effected factors about the testing uncertainties of propellant were analyzed. The results show that the combustion heat of this sort of Mg/Al fuel-rich propellant which have been prepared are satisfactory for the uniformity and stability, its extend uncertainty is less than 3.0 (k=2).
