Balanced scorecard as a strategic management system has been applied in business organizations for more than a decade, but indexes transformation and evaluation of the firm strategy objectives is key point and difficulty in the application process of strategic management, it influences implementation of the firm strategy effectively. The paper takes Zhong xiang tobacco distribution firm as a practical study, explores indexes transformation of its strategic objectives, weights confirmation and concrete practical method, in order to establish a scientific, rational strategy performance evaluation system and implement the firm strategy successfully.
