Three Transformations for Wind Farm Operation and Maintenance Management

摘要

With the continuous increasing of Chinese wind power accumulative installations,the operation and maintenance management of wind farm has being more and more focused by wind power operators and investors,because the high-efficiency and high-quality operation & maintenance management will be the important guarantee for the investment return during the 20-years product running life of wind turbine.This article analyses the existed problem of current operation and maintenance management in wind farm,and proposes three transformations: transforming passive operation and maintenance management mode into active mode,transforming discontinuous mode into continuous mode,transforming extensive mode into lean mode.
