Thermal Design of Power Converter Based on ICEPAK Software

摘要

With the development of power electronics,heat elimination becomes more serious.IGBT modules are the key components in the converter,and temperature has become the main reason for the damage of IGBT modules.To improve the reliability of the system,thermal design is an essential part of converter design.In this paper,the system is modeled and simulated using the ICEPAK software,and compared to the actual temperature experiment results.
